COVID-19 Update (March 17th)

KantCon organizers are closely watching the evolving situation with COVID-19. There is still quite a bit of time between now and July, so we are continuing to move forward with hosting the convention as planned. We will be reevaluating the situation regularly with increasing frequency as we get closer to our scheduled dates. However, we would like to ease some concerns by letting you know that we are preparing for a temporary change in our refund policy. If KantCon 2020 is canceled by government or convention center directive related to COVID-19, we will offer refunds or an option to carry-over purchases into the next KantCon event. This will apply to vendors and sponsors as well as attendees. Our hope is that this dire move will not be necessary, and that everyone can enjoy some gaming this summer to help relieve a bit of stress from these confusing times. In the meantime, we urge everyone to follow the recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and your local health officials.
