Exhibiting at KantCon
We enjoy having Exhibitors at KantCon each and every year. We're happy to welcome all kinds of vendors to KantCon, from local vendors and retailers, to game companies from around the country. The main focus of our convention is gaming and rolling dice, and we do not jury our show. Therefore our vendor space is limited.
Booth Types
We will have two floors again this year. The Upstairs Exhibit Hall will have a new layout consisting of two lines of booths near the Game Library and Game Garage Sale. Downstairs will be Showcase Tables across from KantCon Badge Registration outside the Courtyard Gaming room. These tables are intended for smaller publishers and artists.
New this year are some Play Pavilion spaces. With Registration moving downstairs, the space outside the Exhibit Hall is now available for larger exhibitors that would like embedded demo/game tables. These spaces grant an addition 10% discount on Sponsorships for a total of 20% off!

Booth Locations
Exhibitors may choose their booth placement from the diagrams below.
Exhibitors may bring extra tables, shelving, or display items and arrange their space as desired, as long as everything fits within their allotted space.
Discounts

Donations: 2:1 retail value of any items donated to our Prize Table or Play-to-Win. ($50 donated = $25 discount)

Demos: a discount of $10 per 4 hours of games is also offered. (This does not include demos run at your booth.)

NO DISCOUNT will be offered for tables or shelving provided by vendors
All discounts are limited to $75 per booth.
Sponsorship Benefits
Exhibitors receive a 10% discount on any Sponsorship package. Play Pavilion spaces grant an additional 10% discount.
Furthermore, Sponsorship at any level includes priority access to the KantCon Exhibitor Application Form for the current and upcoming convention years. Enjoy the advantage of reserving your booth ahead of standard registration and securing the best possible placement on the show floor.

Additional Badges
Badges are only required to play in events. Exhibitors may have as many helpers as they wish for free. That said, Exhibitors may purchase additional badges at $45.00.
Down Payment
A $60 down payment is required to reserve your booth. Please pay as soon as possible to lock in your desired location. The rest of your invoice will be due at the date set on the Exhibitor Agreement.
