Ads and Sponsorship

First, we would like to thank you for even considering support or advertising with us. KantCon cannot run without the generosity of people and businesses like you.  We gladly accept any kind of support you are willing to provide.

The various levels of sponsorship (with different kinds of advertising) are listed below.  To apply, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page, or contact us directly.  We are willing to work with you to work out a custom plan if none of these levels directly meet your needs.

Dabbler

Your donation of $50 or more will be rewarded with:

  • Your name and logo will be featured on the sponsor page of the KantCon Website.

  • You will receive a quarter page sized ad in the online KantCon digital program book.

Enthusiast

Your donation of $75 or more will be rewarded with:

  • Your name and logo will be featured on the sponsor page of the KantCon Website.

  • You will receive a half page sized ad in the online KantCon digital program book.

Advocate

Your donation of $150 or more will be rewarded with:

  • Your name and logo will be featured on the sponsor page of the KantCon Website.

  • You will receive a half page sized ad in the online KantCon digital program book.

  • You will receive a quarter page sized insert that will be dropped into all KantCon attendee's convention bag.

  • Your name and logo will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for KantCon until Early Bird registration starts for the following year.

Champion

Your donation of $300 or more will be rewarded with:

  • Your name and logo will be featured on the sponsor page of the KantCon Website.

  • You will receive a full page sized ad in the online KantCon digital program book.

  • You will receive a half page sized insert that will be dropped into all KantCon attendee's convention bag.

  • Your name and logo will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for KantCon until Early Bird registration starts for the following year.

  • KantCon will include your name and logo on the printed schedules at each gaming table in the convention.

  • KantCon will interview you for a special highlight story that will be posted to all our social media outlets and our website.

Zealot

Your donation of $500 or more will be rewarded with:

  • Your name and logo will be featured on the sponsor page of the KantCon Website.

  • You will receive a full page sized ad in the online KantCon digital program book.

  • You will receive a full page sized insert that will be dropped into all KantCon attendee's convention bag.

  • Your name and logo will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for KantCon until Early Bird registration starts for the following year.

  • KantCon will include your name and logo on the printed schedules at each gaming table in the convention.

  • KantCon will interview you for a special highlight story that will be posted to all our social media outlets and our website.

  • Your company name and logo will be applied to one of the following:

    • The KantCon Badge

    • The KantCon current year T-Shirt 

  • KantCon will print a 3’x5’ banner and it will be posted above one of these stations: Registration, Events, or the Library.
