🐉 This Is It, Gamers
KantCon 2026 kicks off Thursday, July 16 at the Overland Park Convention Center, and we've packed everything you need to know into one place: the digital convention book. Schedule, maps, exhibitor list, event rules, policies — it's all there. Bookmark it on your phone before you arrive.

But first, a few things we don't want you to miss.
🎲 New This Year: The KantCon Game
Courtesy of MeetMax Games, the whole convention becomes your game board. Scan a QR code at Registration, pick a username, and collect cards at stations throughout the halls — no app, no download. Build a deck, trade with other players, and submit your best hand each day for a prize drawing. Play solo or make it social; it's entirely up to you.

🏆 Play-to-Win
Play a new game at the Game Library and you could take home a copy of your own. Check one out, learn it, submit your entry, and return it by 1 PM Sunday. Winners are drawn Sunday at 2 PM. It's one of the best ways to discover your next favorite game and take it home with you. There will be over 200 games available to win!
📚 The Game Library
Hundreds of games free to check out and play on the fly. Open Thursday 1 PM–10:45 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM–10:45 PM, and Sunday 8 AM–5:30 PM.
🎁 Prize Drawings & Harvesters
Drop a prize ticket in the box next to any prize bundle for a chance to win. Drawings run 6:30 PM Thursday through Saturday and 1:30 PM Sunday, with a second-chance redraw at 4 PM. Want more tickets? Donate food items to Harvesters at Registration, Prizes, or the Garage Sale — one ticket per item, up to 50, all supporting a great local cause. Remember: you must be present to win.
🖌️ Something for Everyone
Miniature Paint & Take (thanks to Meeple-a-thon), KC Riichi Mahjong, the Artemis bridge simulator, Dungeon of Doooooom!, Snarglefart's all-ages quest, the Game Garage Sale, and dozens of exhibitors and artists in the vendor hall. It's all mapped out in the book.
📣 A Few Quick Reminders
Announcements are going out via Discord, social media, and the TV displays — not over a loudspeaker. Join our Discord so you don't miss a thing.
Check-in starts when doors open: 1 PM Thursday, 8 AM Friday through Sunday.
Parking is free (1,000 spaces, 400 covered).
Bringing kids? Ages 7 and under are free, 15 and under are half price, and anyone 12 and under needs a parent or guardian with them at all times.
