Online registration

Online registration will run through June 14, 2024.  (After that, you can purchase badges onsite during the con.)

 

Refunds are not trivial. So before registering, consider the following:​

  • Are You Hosting an Event?: If you want to run a game, give a presentation or lend your expertise to a panel, the first thing you should do is sign up for the Game Master / Marshall Incentive Program. You will be informed via email if you qualify. You are automatically registered and will receive a badge for those days in which you qualify.

  • Are You Volunteering?: If you want to help out in other ways, the first thing you should do is sign up to Volunteer. If you're accepted, you are automatically registered and will receive a badge for the day(s) you volunteer.

  • Are You Service Personnel or an RPGKC Member?Make sure you take advantage of the Discounts we offer you.

  • Are You a Vendor/Exhibitor?: Your table(s) includes one 3-day badge and additional badges can be purchased at ½ price.  Just let us know how many badges you want went you submit your vendor/exhibitor registration form.

For Adults 16 and up.

Family Packages

Bring the whole brood and get a discount.  Includes 2 adult and 2 children admissions.

Child Badges

Simple - Get your gaming on.

​For children 8 - 15.  (Children 7 and under are free.)

After registering, sign up to participate in games and events. You may submit to run a game or present an event until June 14, 2024. Hotel group rates are available if you need a place to stay.
